Who we are and what we are not

Elevator Capital is a brand of Heal India Private Limited (CIN U86900DL2026PTC462714), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at House No. 20, 2nd Floor, Pocket 2, Sector 24, Rohini, Delhi 110085, India.

Elevator Capital is an education and content company. It is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, stock broker or in any other capacity, and it is not a member of any stock exchange. We do not manage money, give investment advice, issue research reports or recommend any security, and we are not authorised to do so.

Nothing here is advice

Everything on this website, in our videos, emails, courses, social media and any other channel is for education and general information only. It is not, and must not be taken as, investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, fund or other financial product. It does not take your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account, because we do not know them.

Where we discuss a company, index, instrument or strategy, we do so to explain how something works, not to suggest what you should do. Any security mentioned is an illustration. We may hold, or have held, positions in securities we discuss; where that is the case in a specific piece of content we will say so.

Before making any investment decision, please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst who can consider your circumstances. You can check registrations on sebi.gov.in.

Risk

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Market data in our material

In line with SEBI's guidelines on investor education, any price, chart or market data used in our educational material is at least three months old at the time of publication, and is used only to explain concepts. We do not use live or recent market data, and we do not hint at future prices, targets or trading setups.

Our own trading and investing

The people behind Elevator Capital invest and trade with their own capital. We do not publish return figures for that activity, and we will not do so unless and until they can be independently verified under a SEBI-recognised framework. Any reference to our experience is a description of what we do, not a claim about results.

No payments for opinions

We do not accept payment, commissions, referral fees or other benefits from brokers, fund houses, product companies or any SEBI-regulated entity in return for what we say in our content. If we ever run a sponsorship or partnership, it will be disclosed in the content itself.

Accuracy and corrections

We work hard to be accurate, but we can be wrong. If we make a mistake in a video, a letter or a course, we will correct it and say that we did. Please write to connect@elevatorcapital.in if you spot one. Content is correct to the best of our knowledge on the date it is published and is not updated afterwards unless stated.

Privacy policy

We collect only what you give us: your email address if you subscribe to the Elevator Letter, and your name, email and message if you write to us or join a waitlist. We use this to send you what you asked for and to reply to you. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site. Messages sent through our forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service. You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time using the link in every email, and you can ask us to delete your details by writing to connect@elevatorcapital.in.

Our courses may use third-party platforms for video, payments and discussion; each has its own privacy policy, and we will point you to it when you enrol.

Terms of use

By using this website you agree that its content is for your personal, non-commercial education; that you will not copy, redistribute or resell it without our written permission; and that you alone are responsible for any decisions you make, financial or otherwise, after reading or watching it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal India Private Limited and the people behind Elevator Capital are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or our content.

Course fees, refund terms and the rules of each cohort are set out at the time of enrolment and form a separate agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievances

For any complaint about our content or services, write to connect@elevatorcapital.in with "Grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within fifteen.
